“This dog really knows how to retain its privacy lol”
You already know that German shepherds are super smart. But this one seems to have outwitted its owner in the most hilarious of ways.
No one likes to be spied on. And apparently, that includes this clever dog that seems to be home all alone.
The dog is minding its own business when suddenly, a pet camera captures its attention. The dog walks over to the camera and peers into the lens as if it’s trying to understand the purpose of it.
As the dog gazes into the lens, the camera clearly captures the dog’s intent look and numerous hilarious head tilts.
Although, it’s impossible to know what the dog is thinking, it’s not enjoying being watched. Perhaps the camera has caught the dog in the act of doing something mischievous in the past or the poor pup just wants some privacy because what it does next, solves both problems.
The dog quickly picks up a white stuffed toy and places it right in front of the camera lens, effectively blocking its owner’s view.
Now, when its owner checks in to see what the dog is up to, all they can see is a big black stuffed nose pressed up to the camera and the edge of a living room chair.
The dog has so effectively blocked its owner, you’ve got to wonder what happened next. Whatever it is, we’ll never know because surely a dog this smart left no evidence behind, either.
There have been several videos of dogs capturing themselves on in-home security systems but this is the first one we’ve seen that the dog has taken out all by itself and it’s the funniest thing ever.
We really want to know the owner’s reaction when they saw the footage of their dog blocking their view. Like, did they race home to check on the dog or just laugh, like we did? We hope we find out.
