Angus the German shepherd just wants to be friends with the kitties, but the feeling isn’t mutual. But that doesn’t stop him from trying, even in the face of feline rejection.
Angus is trying to be a good dog and make friends with the family cats. But the cats have no use for a German shepherd if the looks on their faces mean anything.
Rather than being happy to have a big bro to protect them, they look disturbed that he’s trying to share their bed.
Apparently, the two cats don’t want to cuddle, which makes Angus so sad, but it doesn’t keep him from trying.
The dog’s owner shared the video under the username Angusyounggsd has been viewed over 2.2 million times and has gotten over 6000 comments. The funny video comes with a caption that explains: “When you just wanna be friends with the kitties.”
In the clip, Angus can be seen trying to squeeze himself closer to the two cats on the bed, but the felines look at him suspiciously, before refusing his friendship. Angus acts like he isn’t aware of the rejection and distracts himself with a little scratching.
Look at the tabby cat’s face when he scratches himself. If cats can give the stink eye, that’s it for sure.
